I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialization in Christian Sex therapy from Richmont Graduate University in 2007.  My undergraduate studies were at Seattle Pacific University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Family Studies.  Along with these degrees I have had extensive training in Biblical studies, spiritual integration, development and formation.

I’ve been married for thirty-six years to my high school sweetheart Ted, and we have four married adult children, and several precious grandchildren.  We have enjoyed serving in our local church where I have primarily served in women’s ministry, leadership, teaching ministries, and counseling.  Ted’s gifts of leadership, organization, hospitality, warmth, and humor provide the perfect compliment for creating a friendly space for clients to come and feel welcomed at Sunlight Beach.
